8th Annual NWS Upper Great Lakes Golf Outing

Thurs, Fri.  Sept. 16-17, 2010

Thirteen golfers participated in the 8th Annual National Weather Service Upper
 Great Lakes Golf Outing in Wausau, WI on Sept. 16-17, 2010.  The golf was
 played at Indianhead Golf Course-Mosinee, WI with overnight lodging and
 hospitality accommodations at the nearby Comfort Inn-Wausau, WI.   Plans are to
 hold another outing at the same place and time of year in 2011.   The golfers had
 nice weather for the Thursday golf with temperatures in the 60s but light rain
 greeted the golfers Friday morning.  Teeing off was delayed about 1 hour before the
 rain diminished.
